Fearless Curls Giveaway Rules, Terms, and Conditions

Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to those who follow Fearless Curls on Instagram, like the giveaway post, tag two friends in the comments. An optional entry will be given to those who share our giveaway post in their Instagram stories. Participants must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the contestant agrees to accept the decisions of Fearless Curls as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from the announcement date (July 19, 2023) and ending on the stated deadline (July 25, 2023). All online entries must be received by the stated deadline.
Prizes: The winners will receive one of these 3 prizes: a salon-grade hair diffuser, a $100 Amazon gift card, and a LUS Hair Product Bundle. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing. The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message within five (1) day following the selection of the winner. Fearless Curls shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.
